FAQs

1) I don't have a log in for the i-PBS

A) Please contact Football-DataCo on +44 (0)20 7864 9163 who will then issue you with a username and password to access the system.

 


2) I can't gain access to the i-PBS

A) Please run the test harness at www.football-dataco.com/i-pbs/support.

B) Check that you have typed the username and password correctly, If you still cannot log into the system please call Oppolis Software on +44 (0)1902 372988.




3) Will the system run on a Mac?

A) Mac is supported if you are using the Mozilla Firefox web browser. i-PBS does not work with the Safari web browser. Please see system requirements on the main support page for further information

 


4) How do I use the system?

A) Please watch the i-PBS organisation overview video at www.football-dataco.com/i-pbs/support or alternatively please contact DataCo on +44 (0) 207 864 9163 to arrange an in-house training session.

 


5) Are there any help sheets?

A) Yes once you have logged into the system look for the "Help" button in the bottom right hand side of each screen.




6) The system is running very slowly

A) Please check with your local IT support to check your internet connection speed. If the problem persists please contact Oppolis Software on +44 (0)1902 372988.




7) I can't find my match

A) Check that you are looking in the correct competition. You will only see matches once clubs make them available so check with the press officer to check if they have enabled that match to be booked. If you are still unable to view the match call Oppolis Software Support on +44 (0)1902 372988.



8) I haven't heard from the press officer and the match is approaching

A) You have the ability to send the press officer a reminder e-mail using the specific button available within the system. If you do not receive a reply, contact the Press Office at the club using the contact telephone number in teh contact information. The Press Officer has the capacity to book you into the system. Once you are booked into the system, contact Oppolis Software Support on +44 (0)1902 372988 and report the problem.


9) The employee who has been accepted for a match is unavailable and it is match day what can I do?

A) Up to the deadline you can use the system to swap your representative attending the match. After deadline, such as on the day of the match, you will need to contact the Press Office at the club and inform them of the change of name and they will action the alternation.



10) I am unable to view the facilities for Premier League matches?

A) The provision of facilities is decided by each club - if the Facilities Request box is not available, it means the club is not offering this facility.
