Licenced Betting Office
Any licenced betting office that wishes to offer bets on the UK football leagues’ competitions will require the LBO Betting Fixtures List & Data Agreement in the Relevant Documents Section to the right.
The Agreement fee charged is per shop and varies depending on the payment option you choose and the date the Agreement is applied for. The LBO Agreements are available from the December prior to the start of the season and any applications received before 31-January in the year the season commences will receive a 25% discount on their Agreement fee.
There are two payment options; A and B. Payment option ‘A’ is relative to Turnover and requires an accountant’s confirmation letter to be enclosed with the application. Turnover is defined within the Agreement. Payment option ‘B’ is a single fee and requires no accountant’s confirmation.
If you intend to offer single match betting on matches other than televised matches you will need to complete and return two copies of the Code of Practice, above, along with your completed application.
If you have previously held an LBO fixtures agreement and have either closed or sold a shop please complete and return a copy of the Declaration notice, above.
If you would like to apply for an LBO Betting Fixtures & Data Agreement please;
1. Complete and return two copies of the Agreement,
2. Complete and return a copy of the Code of Practice,
3. Include a cheque payment, made payable to 'Football DataCo Ltd', for the Agreement fee per shop, including VAT, multiplied by the number of shops you will be applying for,
4. Once the Agreement has been issued you will receive a counter-signed copy of your
agreement and a window sticker, to be placed in the front window of each of the shops applied for.
Please allow for up to four weeks after payment for official confirmation of the Agreement being issued.
