New Media Betting
Any organisation that wishes to reproduce the leagues' fixtures within a fixed odds betting service available via any new media platform (Interactive TV, Internet, Mobile) and/or a call centre will require the New Media Betting Agreement in the Relevant Documents section to the right.
The Agreement fee is based on an advance on royalties model. The advance fee is £500 + VAT and made payable to Football DataCo Ltd on application. Royalties based on Gross Profit are then deducted from the advance fee, at regular three month intervals, with any outstanding payments being requested once the advance payment has been exceeded.
If you would like to apply for a New Media Betting Agreement please complete and return two copies of the Agreement to Football DataCo Ltd, along with payment. Payment can be made via cheque or electronic bank transfer. Please make all cheques payable to 'Football DataCo Ltd'. If you would prefer to pay by electronic bank transfer please contact us and the relevant details will be forwarded.
Please allow for up to four weeks after payment for official confirmation of the Agreement being issued.
