Odds Comparison
Any organisation wishing to reproduce the league’s fixtures within an odds comparison service will require the Tipping & Bet Comparison Agreement in the Relevant Documents Section to the right.
For the avoidance of doubt, an odds comparison service is a grid of odds representing the same bet across a number of betting operators. A user of the service can then hyperlink across to the betting operator’s service to take advantage of the bet.
The Agreement fee is based on an advance on royalties model. The advance fee is £500 + VAT and made payable to Football DataCo Ltd on application. Royalties based on Revenue are then deducted from the advance fee, at regular three month intervals, with any outstanding payments being requested once the advance payment has been exceeded.
If you would like to apply for a Tipping & Bet Comparison Agreement please complete and return two copies of the Agreement to Football DataCo Ltd, along with payment. Payment can be made via cheque or electronic bank transfer. Please make all cheques payable to ‘Football DataCo Ltd’. If you would prefer to pay by electronic bank transfer please contact us and the relevant details will be forwarded.
Please allow for up to four weeks after payment for official confirmation of the Agreement being issued.
