Getting Started

The support page provides a set of resources for working with the iPBS system.

The buttons below have been arranged in the order for you to work through each button.

Minimum System Requirements - describes the minimum computer hardware and software required for your PC to run the i-PBS system

Test i-PBS works for you - run a light version of the software to check that Adobe flash player is installed and working correctly, and that the system is able to connection and communicate with the i-PBS servers.

i-PBS overview video - provides a video demonstration of the i-PBS system.

FAQs - provide a set of questions frequently answered by our support department - this section will grow over time.

Before logging into the system for the first time check out the "help" facilities below:

Each topic heading has been laid out as an interactive "button" which when clicked with the mouse will take you to the relevant section of "help"

We believe it is easier if you start from the top and work down - we have therefore labelled the buttons 1-4:

Within (1) you will find a description of the system requirements to operate i-PBS (this will be of interest to your technical support team)

Within (2) the system will perform an automatic check and tell you if there is anything missing.

Within (3) you can watch a video demonstration showing the main elements of the system operation
