Reasonable Adjustments Policy
Our Commitment to Non-Discrimination
This policy sets out the approach of Football DataCo Limited (“Football DataCo”) to making reasonable adjustments in connection with applicants for the accreditation and provision of access to football venues for journalism purposes.
Football DataCo is committed to providing its services in a non-discriminatory manner. We will proactively identify barriers that may prevent or hinder disabled individuals from accessing our services. Where a disabled individual discloses their disability, we will seek to make reasonable adjustments for the individual concerned. Requesting an Adjustment
Any media professional (who can demonstrate recent experience in football journalism or photography) applying for accreditation and requiring a reasonable adjustment in order to access Football DataCo's services should submit a request to our Accessibility Officer. Requests may be made by email (accreditations@football-dataco.com).

Engagement with Clubs on Venue-Level Adjustments
Football DataCo recognises that the respective clubs or venues may also have an obligation to make in relation to match day operations, particularly in respect of accessibility. In such cases, the individual will be directed to the relevant club/venue to discuss what adjustments can be implemented for them.
It will be the responsibility of any such club or venue to implement any such reasonable adjustment, where required. Football DataCo shall not be responsible for any failures of clubs or venues to implement adjustments that are outside Football DataCo’s control.

Costs of Reasonable Adjustments
All reasonable adjustments will normally be provided without charge to the person requesting or benefiting from the adjustment. Where the cost of an adjustment is significant, Football DataCo will explore external funding sources, grants, or cost-sharing arrangements with clubs or other stakeholders before determining whether the adjustment can reasonably be made.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Football DataCo will handle all information provided in connection with a request for reasonable adjustments in accordance with its obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, as well as its Data Protection Policy. In particular, Football DataCo will limit the information collected to that which is strictly necessary for the purpose of assessing and delivering the adjustment requested. All such information will be treated as confidential and will be shared only with those persons who need to know it in order to implement the adjustment, including, where necessary, the relevant club or venue operator.
Personal data collected for the purposes of this policy will be retained only for as long as is necessary to deliver the adjustment(s), after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
Football DataCo will inform individuals at the point of collection about how their data will be used, stored, and shared, and will obtain consent where required by law.
